THE MONO RESTAURANT IN BRUNSWICK

Dear friends and guests,

there are currently no requirements in Braunschweig.

Nevertheless, we would be happy if you voluntarily wear a mask on the way to the table or toilet.

The MONO combines Asian, with a focus on Japanese cuisine with selected quality. It offers a variety of options for guests with high demands but also different budgets, from soup to sashimi, from salad to the finest teppanyaki dishes.
The kitchen is open on Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
CURRENT SITUATION:

Since April 14th we have been open again from 12.00 p.m. with a kitchen break from 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Saturdays from 12:00 p.m.
We recommend booking online.

VENTILATION AND HYGIENE IN MONO:
We are very fortunate that the MONO was only recently built. Since it was a complete conversion with core renovation, the built-in ventilation technology is the latest standard on the market. For example, room air is not simply circulated, but we supply 100% fresh air. The filters of the system are F7 filter technology for high air purity in food production and we meet the hygienic minimum fresh air specification.
Of course, our staff wears mouth and nose protection, we have removed tables to ensure greater distances and we disinfect menus and table utensils after every table change.
The MONO on the 1st floor
A stylish bar, good music and classic drinks as well as your own creations.
Restaurant seats and separate niches/lounges have also been available on the 1st floor since October.

If you no longer receive the desired reservation online, you are welcome to call our reservation hotline from Tuesday to Saturday from 13.00 to 17.00 call 0531 61491457.
Please note that, with the exception of reservations made after 8 p.m., your table will be reserved for a maximum of 2 hoursAvailable. Should you wish to stay longer, please make your reservations from 8:00 p.m.

Take Away from Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please understand that in order to meet our quality standards, we only accept a limited number of orders.
